Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to users.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our software and service offerings.

Qualifications
