- Handle 20-30 customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product/service issues with first-contact resolution rate of 85%+
- Update CRM systems with detailed case notes and resolution outcomes
- Collaborate with Sacramento-based teams on complex customer escalations
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or support role preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (4-6 shifts weekly)
