Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request, diagnosing the problem, and providing accurate solutions.
- Update customer records in the CRM system after every interaction to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer trends.

Qualifications
