Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems to the senior team when necessary.
- Manage and update customer support tickets within our CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to educate customers on new features and updates.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on common user issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related technical role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and internet connectivity.
