Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, timely support to clients via email and live chat.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure new clients feel welcomed and prepared.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and status.
- Identify trends in client feedback and relay suggestions to the product team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell services and retain existing accounts.
- Resolve complex issues by researching problems and providing effective solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
