Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist new clients with the onboarding process and product setup to ensure a seamless experience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters to the management team when necessary.
- Provide product training and resources to help clients maximize the value of our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Conduct regular check-ins with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
