- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to communicate product improvements and feature requests to the internal team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technical teams when necessary to escalate complex problems.
- Training: Assist in the development of knowledge base articles and FAQ documents to empower self-service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office tools.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week) including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
