Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on our platform features and best practices.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to document bugs and suggest feature improvements based on user feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) and update client profiles as needed.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and upsell relevant service add-ons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or account management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
