Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve product and service issues while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing customers.
- Track and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues.
- Update customer records in the CRM database accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
