Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and conduct product training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Monitor client health and proactively address any issues or concerns to reduce churn.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
