Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in English and additional languages
- Assist international clients with product inquiries and order processing
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with global team members across time zones
- Participate in ongoing language and product training
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish, Hmong, Arabic, etc.)
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (20-25 hrs/week)
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems
