Responsibilities
- Handle 30+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and product questions for enterprise software clients
- Document cases in CRM system and collaborate with engineering teams for complex escalations
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to stay updated on product features
- Maintain 95%+ first-contact resolution rate and CSAT scores above 4.8/5
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work evenings (3-9 PM) and occasional weekends
