Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and service requests using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation in Salesforce
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and upselling
- Support marketing initiatives through client outreach campaigns
- Adhere to all company compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional client visits
