Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 15-minute SLA
- Resolve billing and technical issues using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with detailed notes
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams on complex cases
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions to update product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
