- Handle 20+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with exceptional resolution rates
- Maintain detailed CRM records with 99% accuracy for all client interactions
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities and enhance client retention
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues using proprietary software
- Contribute to weekly team meetings with actionable feedback and improvement suggestions
- Adhere strictly to company SLAs and compliance standards for all communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
