- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell premium services
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM system
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues to senior team
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on new products
- Support weekend coverage on rotating Saturdays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for evening shifts until 8 PM weekdays
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
