- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Assist clients with product information, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Wichita, KS.
