Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve customer issues
- Update CRM systems with customer interactions and case details
- Assist in developing customer service protocols and training materials
- Monitor customer feedback trends and suggest process improvements
- Support seasonal retail events and promotions as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Available to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for occasional store visits)
