Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records and databases in our CRM system.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space (if remote).
