Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback into the CRM database.
- Provide detailed product and service information to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure follow-through.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the support team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, patient attitude.
