Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with answering general questions regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and process refunds in compliance with company guidelines.
- Monitor feedback and report common trends or issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or relevant experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and clarity.
- Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
