- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
