Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Update customer records in our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.

Qualifications
