Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding our services and products in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
- Update customer records with accurate information to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining high communication standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
