Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process sales transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including inventory and product displays.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Update customer records and ensure data accuracy in our CRM software.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer trends and product performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
