Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations to high-end clients seeking home furnishings and design solutions
- Execute visual merchandising to showcase product collections and seasonal trends
- Manage client appointments, inventory tracking, and CRM documentation
- Collaborate with design team on custom projects and client preference matching
- Process transactions using POS system while maintaining 98% accuracy
- Host in-store events and design workshops for community engagement
Qualifications
- 1+ years in luxury retail, interior design, or high-end customer service
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design concepts
- Proficiency in CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
- Portfolio showcasing design sensibility or merchandizing experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and evening shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client home consultations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for diverse clientele
