Responsibilities
- Provide personalized shopping assistance to high-end clientele through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our premium POS system while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction through post-purchase follow-up
- Collaborate with visual teams to execute seasonal displays and maintain boutique presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on collections and brand heritage
- Contribute to inventory management through cycle counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-end hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
- Proficiency with iPad-based POS systems and retail technology platforms
- Availability for 20-25 hours per week, including weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Valid New York State driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and passion for premium customer service
