Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Resolve client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in customer service or retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings

- Valid Arizona driver's license (for location transfers)
