Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Operate POS systems and maintain organized inventory records
- Participate in seasonal events and promotional activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling aptitude
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems)
- Valid Colorado driver's license for potential store transfers
- Availability to work 3-5 days per week (including Saturdays)
