Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations for wellness services and memberships
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, payments, and inventory
- Resolve client inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented communication
- Collaborate with therapists and practitioners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain pristine facility appearance and sanitation standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience

- Proficiency with scheduling software and POS systems
