Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Manage and resolve complex technical inquiries related to our proprietary software suite
- Collaborate with product teams to document feedback and improve user experiences
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new enterprise clients using virtual meeting platforms
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities through needs-based consultative conversations
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions to stay current on product updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, technical support, or client-facing role
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Available to work evenings and weekends (20-30 hours/week)
