Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Accurately update customer records and track interactions within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to escalate recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Provide product training and onboarding assistance to new clients as needed.
- Contribute to daily team huddles and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
