Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or call center environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Jacksonville, FL.
