Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Manage client appointments and coordinate with wellness practitioners
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Support inventory management and product displays in our retail boutique
- Assist with wellness center events and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment according to brand standards
- Collaborate with team to continuously improve client experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (Saturdays required)
