Responsibilities
- Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining accurate case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for streamlined operations
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support community outreach events representing Detroit Tech Hub
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or retail sector
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual ability valued
- Available 20-25 hours/week including weekend shifts
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
