Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to diverse community members
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate program enrollments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues
- Support community outreach events and promotional activities
- Process transactions using POS systems and maintain financial accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
