Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat for outdoor tech products
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive brand representation
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision
- Collaborate with product teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Assist with in-person customer events at our flagship Colorado Springs location
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or tech
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
