Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration with precision
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with inventory management and office organization
- Train new team members on customer protocols and systems
- Support community outreach initiatives and wellness events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (20-25 hours/week)
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for occasional off-site duties
