Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer support for tech products and services
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% resolution rate
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for individual clients
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system
- Participate in weekend and evening shift rotations
- Support community outreach events at Philadelphia tech hubs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or retail
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (20-25 hours/week)
- Philadelphia residency preferred (local transit reimbursement available)
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics or SaaS products
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional field support
