Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized technical support via chat, email, and phone for enterprise clients
- Document client interactions and troubleshoot software issues in Salesforce
- Conduct product demonstrations for new features to key accounts

Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer support or tech sales experience
