Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate neighborhood outreach events and community forums
- Conduct resident surveys and collect feedback for program development
- Manage social media channels to promote community initiatives
- Recruit and onboard volunteers for local projects
- Assist with data entry and reporting of engagement metrics
- Collaborate with local businesses and nonprofits on joint initiatives
- Distribute informational materials across Mesa neighborhoods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in social sciences preferred
- 1+ years customer service or community outreach experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
