Responsibilities
- Complete our intensive 12-week paid training program covering full-stack development, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies
- Collaborate with senior engineers on production code deployment and feature development
- Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and technical documentation
- Contribute to sprint planning and stand-up meetings within agile teams
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using JavaScript, Python, and AWS services
- Mentor junior trainees and share knowledge through internal workshops
- Continuously expand technical skills through company-sponsored certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (self-taught experience acceptable)
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a team environment
- Ability to relocate to San Jose, CA with relocation assistance provided
- Commitment to completing the full training program (40 hours/week)
