Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on company computers and servers.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software installations.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies to senior management.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the team to improve IT processes and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) with company support.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
