Responsibilities
- Execute enterprise-level system monitoring and maintenance protocols
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across 3 locations
- Implement cloud solutions including AWS and Azure infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability assessments
- Manage hardware lifecycle and software deployment projects
- Mentor junior technicians during training program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
