Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Participate in emergency response and rapid assessment
- Mentor junior nurses during training phase
- Adhere to JCAHO and state nursing board standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree or international equivalent
- Active nursing license in home country
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Pass criminal background check
- NCLEX readiness commitment
- Valid passport and visa eligibility
- CPR/BLS certification
