Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networks, and cloud applications
- Document tickets in ServiceNow and maintain SLA compliance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
- Participate in after-hours rotation for critical system monitoring
Qualifications
- Valid work authorization in the US (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred in IT-related field)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
