Responsibilities
- Complete 6-week paid IT certification program (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients
- Install and configure hardware/software systems
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and client interactions

Qualifications

- Fluent English communication skills
