Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, row crops)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Maintain crop health through monitoring and pest control
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Follow safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance and repair
- Collaborate with team members for efficient field operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to farm site
