Responsibilities
- Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal crops.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as weeding, pruning, and sorting.
- Assist in the packing and loading of agricultural products for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or already hold an H2A Visa.
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training and certification.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
