Responsibilities
- Perform crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting tasks
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery safely
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation needs
- Follow food safety and quality control protocols
- Participate in seasonal crop rotations
- Assist with packing and loading of harvested produce
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations
- Complete daily work logs and training assignments
